| Step 2 | TIME will call you to set an appointment date for installation or you can select a date to your convenience |
| Step 3 | You will receive a courtesy call from our TIME installer before the scheduled installation date |
| Step 4 | Our TIME installer will lay a fibre connection on your premises on the day of installation |
